خانم روونا وودا معاون محترم وزیر کشور آلبانی،
با درود و احترام،
اینجانب علی حسین نژاد جداشده پنج سال پیش در عراق از سازمان مجاهدین خلق ایران که به مدت 25 سال عضو و مسئول و مترجم ارشد ستاد سیاسی و بخشهای مطبوعات، تبلیغات، انتشارات و روابط خارجی سازمان در فرانسه (در مقر رهبری این سازمان در حومۀ پاریس) و بیشتر در عراق و قبل از آن نیز 5 سال در تشکیلات این سازمان در ایران و کشورهای دیگر بودم و اکنون مقیم و پناهندۀ سیاسی در فرانسه می باشم به شما به عنوان یک عضو دولت البانی و مسئول امور مربوط به افراد سازمان مجاهدین (فرقۀ رجوی) در کشورتان می خواهم که به موارد زیر توجه کنید چرا که حاصل تجارب و مشاهدات اینجانب طی دهه ها حضور در تشکیلات این فرقه در عراق بویژه دخالتهای آن در امور عراق و تلاشهایش در بهم زدن اوضاع سیاسی و اجتماعی آن کشور می باشد که خودم به علت سمت مترجمی ارشد در حساسترین بخشهای سیاسی این سازمان شاهد آنها بودم.
از آنجا که سازمان مجاهدین دارای رهبری و تشکیلات بسیار بسته و فرقه ای است و چنانکه در گزارش نیمه سالانۀ سال 2013 نمایندۀ ویژۀ دبیر کل ملل متحد در عراق و نیز بارها در گزارشهای دیدبان حقوق بشر مورد تأکید قرار گرفته و خود ما نیز سالها در داخل تشکیلات این سازمان شاهد بودیم افراد در داخل این تشکیلات نه تنها از آزادی بیان و قلم و بلکه حتی از آزادی اندیشیدن هم محرومند و در تماسها و صحبتهایشان با همدیگر شدیدا تحت کنترل عوامل رهبری قرار داشته و حق هیچ گونه تماس وارتباط با بیرون از جمله افراد خانواده هایشان حتی در داخل تشکیلات و نیز استفاده از انترنت و تلفن و وسایل ارتباطی و رسانه ای دنیای امروز را ندارند بویژه اکنون که رهبران این فرقه اسیران خود را به نقطه ای دور افتاده و محصور در آلبانی همچون پادگان اصلی شان یعنی اشرف در عراق منتقل کرده و آنها را در شرایطی بسیار بدتر از زندان گرفتار کرده است.
رهبری سازمان مجاهدین دست به برقراری مجدد همان سیستم تشکیلاتی فرقه ای وبستۀ خود در آلبانی نیز زده تا افراد منتقل شده را در کشور آزاد شما نیز تحت کنترل شدید خود بگیرد تا با بیرون تشکیلات ازجمله با خانواده هایشان تماس و دیدار نداشته باشند و تلاشهای انسانی و خیرخواهانۀ دولت آلبانی برای بازسازی افراد و وارد کردن آنان به جامعه و ارتباطات آزاد اجتماعی را خنثی کند.
اینجانب شاهد دخالتهای مستمر فرقۀ رجوی در امور سیاسی و اجتماعی عراق از جمله جعل بیانیه های تقلبی به اسم عراقیان و آموزش گروهی از عراقیان به عنوان مزدوران خودش جهت نفوذ در دستگاههای اداری و جامعۀ آن کشور بودم و اکنون این فرقه می خواهد همین سیاستها و نقشه ها و عملکردهای خودش را در آلبانی نیز به کار گیرد.
لذا اینجانب توجه شما را به اقدامات بعدی رهبری تروریست و خشونت طلب این فرقه در راستای نقض حاکمیت کشور شما و دخالت در امور داخلی و اجتماعی آن جلب می کنم چرا که رهبران این فرقه در صدد رخنه به جامعۀ شما برای تحکیم جای پایشان در آن برای ادامۀ اعمال فرقه گرایانه شان و پیاده کردن نقشه های خشونت طلبانه و تروریستی شان می باشند.
خانم معاون وزیر کشور آلبانی،
از آن جناب به عنوان مسئول بالا و ذیربط در دولت آلبانی می خواهم اقدامات لازم در جهت ممنوعیت اعمال کنترل و حاکمیت تشکیلاتی سران و مسئولین این سازمان در آلبانی بر افراد منتقل شده بویژه بر جدا شدگان از این سازمان در آنجا و دخالتهایشان در امور آنان و ضرورت فراهم آوردن امکانات تماس و ارتباط افراد منتقل شده با دنیای بیرون بویژه با خانواده هایشان و دیدار با آنان را اتخاذ فرمائید.
